As a reward for being a Verizon business customer and a Verizon Business Link Rewards member, you'll earn Bonus Credits for qualified Verizon charges that can be redeemed for:
- Gift cards and certificates for national retailers such as Staples, Best Buy, Target and Macy's and more.
- Gift certificates at Top Rated Local Restaurants.
- Tickets and certificates for pro-sporting events (i.e. baseball, basketball, hockey, golf), entertainment (i.e. comedy clubs) and getaways (i.e. bed & breakfasts, day spa locations).
- Direct Credit to your Verizon bill (a minimum of $25 (2,500 Bonus Credits) is required). Only available in New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
As an enrolled member, you earn one Bonus Credit for every dollar spent with Verizon on qualified charges reaching a combined total of $125. These services include:
- Local and regional charges
- Long Distance charges billed through Verizon Enterprise Solutions
- Verizon Business Broadband which includes Verizon High Speed Internet and FiOS billed through Verizon Online.
Qualified bill charges include Verizon General Business services regulated by tariffs in your state. Tariffs and qualified services are subject to change. Regulated services may differ from state-to-state. The following charges are excluded: time and material charges; enhanced service charges; Verizon maintenance service charges; directory advertising charges; finance charges; annual or fractional charges; late payment charges; insurance charges; refund check fees; bounced payment check fees; all Local, State and Federal taxes; Verizon 911; relay charges and other surcharges; 700/900 service charges and Audiotex service charges; and inter-exchange carrier toll charges (other than Verizon Enterprise Solutions) and surcharges.
Redeeming your Bonus Credits is easy. Just follow these five steps:
- Shop the Rewards Catalog and choose the reward you would like to redeem.
- If you are not signed in, please sign in to proceed with the redemption process.
- Enter the quantity you would like to redeem. Click the "Redeem" button.
- Confirm your shipping address and phone number. Click the "Place Order" button.
- Then you will see the redemption confirmation. Please print this for your records.
Please note: Merchandise items ship in 6-8 weeks. Gift cards ship in to 2-4 weeks. Or you can redeem your Bonus Credits by calling the Business Link Redemption Center at 1-800-546-5888.
If you have forgotten your Password or Member ID please call us at 1-800-LINK-888 (1-800-546-5888), and be sure to have the following information handy:
- A recent Verizon bill with your enrolled Billing Telephone Number
- Company Name
- Primary Contact for your Business Link Rewards account.
If you’re having difficulty redeeming on the Business Link Rewards site, please call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-LINK-888 (1-800-546-5888). A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 10:00pm ET.
Promotional Bonus Credits earned for signing up for FiOS, High Speed Internet, One-Bill and Long Distance services take approximately 30-90 days from the date of installation to post to your account.
Delivery of gift cards and gift certificates can take 2 - 4 weeks, and delivery of merchandise can take 6 - 8 weeks. If you have not received your reward within the allotted time frame please call 1-800-LINK-888 (1-800-546-5888) or send us an e-mail.
You can add additional telephone numbers to your account only if they’re considered Billing Telephone Numbers (BTN), and if the BTN is located in the same state as your membership account. A BTN is the primary telephone number and the telephone number(s) identified on your Verizon bill in the upper right corner. If a telephone number is already associated with a BTN, (that is, it’s billed on the same monthly statement as the primary/main number), it is automatically included in your Business Link Rewards account. To add a BTN to your membership account, call 1-800-LINK-888 (1-800-546-5888) or send us an e-mail.
Check your Business Link Rewards account to ensure that all Billing Telephone Numbers (BTNs) are enrolled. You may have more phone numbers than those listed on our Web site because individual numbers can be listed under one Billing Telephone Number (BTN), and are automatically enrolled. Once logged in, click on the "Enrolled Billing Telephone Numbers" link on the left navigation bar to see what primary Billing Telephone Numbers we show are linked to your account. If there are BTNs missing you can call the Business Link Redemption Center at 1-800-LINK-888 (1-800-546-5888) or send us an e-mail for further assistance.
If you have received merchandise that is damaged or not working properly, please call 1-800-621-4112 for instructions on returning the item. Once the returned merchandise is received, you will receive a credit back to your Business Link Rewards account. If you have received a gift card of gift certificate which you believe to be defective, please call us at 1-800-LINK-888 (1-800-546-5888) or contact us by e-mail.
To update your account profile, first log into your Business Link Rewards account on this site. Once you have successfully logged in, click on the ‘My Profile’ link located on the tool bar to the left of your screen and follow the instructions.
In the event that you do not receive your reward within the allotted time frame of 2 – 4 weeks for gift cards and gift certificates or 6 – 8 weeks for merchandise, you can request that your order be resubmitted. According to the Terms & Conditions for this program, you must notify us within 90 days of the redemption date that a reward was not received in order to request a replacement or a credit to your account.
According to the Terms & Conditions for this program, Bonus Credits expire two years from the month they were earned. You may redeem them any time during this two-year period.
There are three instances in which your account can become inactive.
- Your Billing Telephone Number(s) has not met the $125 billing threshold at least once in the past 12 months.
- Your Billing Telephone Number(s) has not had any billing activity in the past three months.
- You or another authorized person has requested to un-enroll from the program.
Business Link Rewards uses an automatic bidding system to make bidding on auctions more convenient for members. There is no set-up required. Here's how bidding on Business Link Rewards works:
- When placing a bid, enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the item. Other bidders won't know your maximum bid amount.
- Business Link Rewards places bids on your behalf starting with the next bid increment of 100 Bonus Credits. We'll bid enough for you to remain the highest bidder, and keep bidding until your maximum amount is reached.
- If you enter a maximum bid that’s the same as another member's maximum bid, the member who entered first will retain the highest bid at the end of the auction.
You won't necessarily pay the amount of your maximum bid. We’ll increase the bid on your behalf, using only what’s needed to maintain the high bid position. Your bid is kept confidential (until it’s exceeded by another bidder).
