Enrollment/Bonus Credit Accumulation
- Verizon Business Link Rewards is a points-based system in tariffs filed with your state utility commission. As an enrolled member, you earn one Bonus Credit for every dollar spent on: local and regional billed charges; Long Distance usage carried and billed by Verizon Enterprise Solutions; and Verizon Business Broadband (High Speed Internet and FIOS) billed through Verizon Online, providing that these combined charges reach a minimum monthly spend of $125. Verizon long distance is not available in Alaska. Verizon Business Broadband (High Speed Internet and FIOS) are not available in all locations.
- Qualified bill charges include Verizon General Business services regulated by tariffs in your state. Tariffs and qualified services are subject to change. Regulated services may differ from state-to-state. The following charges are excluded: time and material charges; enhanced service charges; Verizon maintenance service charges; directory advertising charges; finance charges; annual or fractional charges; late payment charges; insurance charges; refund check fees; bounced payment check fees; all Local, State and Federal taxes; Verizon 911; relay charges and other surcharges; 700/900 service charges and Audiotex service charges; and inter-exchange carrier toll charges (other than Verizon Enterprise Solutions) and surcharges.
- If an account is canceled or disconnected, all Bonus Credits earned on that account are automatically and immediately forfeited.
- If your monthly billed charges do not reach the $125 minimum threshold at least once in 12 consecutive months, your account status will be considered inactive and Bonus Credits will forfeit within 90 days of inactivation date.
- Bonus Credits will be earned in every month an enrolled customer's regulated billed revenue exceeds the $125.00 threshold specified in the Business Link Rewards tariff. Opportunities to earn Bonus Credits will also occur periodically.
- Bonus Credits expire 24 months after they are posted to the member’s account.
- Any member that does not participate in the program for 24 months may be inactivated from the program and all Bonus Credits will be forfeited.
